February 24, 2026 – ZJUAANC and North Carolina Zhejiang Hometown Association Strategic Cooperation

On February 24, 2026, Council members Minna and Michael of the Zhejiang University Alumni Association of North Carolina (ZJUAANC), in coordination with President Qi Lei and Honorary Presidents Zhang Xiangwu and Xu Weining, held an online meeting via WeChat group with Zhang Yu, President of the North Carolina Zhejiang Hometown Association.

The meeting focused on exploring opportunities for collaboration between the alumni association and the hometown association, sharing resources, and planning future joint activities. It was decided that Council member Minna would represent ZJUAANC at the upcoming Potluck event organized by the Hometown Association.

This partnership marks an important step in strengthening ties within the broader Zhejiang community in North Carolina.
