The organizing committee ruled that founding board member and VP Michael Huo, designated by President Xinyu Hu, is ineligible to represent ZJUAANC because he currently resides in Silicon Valley. Out of respect for the hosts, ZJUAANC accepts the committee's decision and will not officially attend.
